Shipping Policy

FLAT RATE SHIPPING 

• Orders are generally shipped within 72 hours (Monday – Friday) using the United States Postal System (USPS). USPS delivery standard is 2 – 7 days. Flat rate shipping fee of $3.99 applies to orders shipping to within the United States.
• For items which are particularly fragile we suggest special packaging and shipment methods.  In such situations we will confer with the customer in advance regarding the best way to handle the shipment. In such cases the customer is charged actual shipping costs.
• Free shipping is provided on orders over $200 exclusive of taxes and discounts.

ORDERS OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES

• For orders outside of the US we may elect to use USPS, UPS or FedEx based on our determination of which service will be most reliable and will safeguard the contents being shipped.
• Customers are charged actual shipping costs for shipments outside of the United States.
